Reviewed by dawn on 06/01/2012A load of rubbish. after 6 weeks they tried to replace the drum in mine as my washing was covered in rubber from the seal round the door as the drum was bent n rubbed on it. Refused repair of brand new machine after lengthy argument. Got new one 6 months later did the same. Will never purchase hot point again. Customer service rubbish can never get through.
