Purchased just over 3 years old. Machine have constantly broken down. Replaced circuit boards, door seal and catch. Final fault - Motor caught fire and whole machine in flames. Very frightening experience.

Problems with the paddles breaking off all the time can rip clothes when this happens apart from this, its has got excellent features on it.

I have had problems with ALL of the 3 plastic paddles inside the drum breaking off. Clothes will catch in the holes and tear (not good). Hotpoint - what were you thinking of when you came up with this design? It's rubbish!!!
