From the day it was installed 5 years ago it has caused problems. Its
noisy, it never rinsed the clothes properly and I always found soap powder still on the washing which I had to rub off. It finally packed up filling the kitchen with smoke and sounding like concord taking off. I have now invested in a Miele.
