We bought one of these. The first arrived with a very noisy drainage pump and was replaced immediately. Had the second machine for 5 months and the bearings failed. It sounds like a Jumbo Jet taking off in the kitchen. The engineer couldn't visit for over a week and said to keep using it anyway, it would just be noisy. Now it has just started leaking water everywhere and contents of the breezeblock are powdered on the floor underneath. Dreadful!!!!! I will insist on a complete replacement.

looks a good machine washs well but know fauls known are drum bearing fail and you have to have a new drum if they go and filler mechanisum fails and has to be renewed so i have been informed . Ower machine is very noisy straight from the box a enginer is coming to inspect it and better not charge as this machine is noiser than the machine it replaced with knackerd berings ????
