Last time I ll purchase a hotpoint. Door seal failed after only 16months. Refuse to fix it expect £105 to come and look at it. What a rip off! Hotpoint are going to go bust with this attitude!!!!

WE HAVE OWNED THIS MACHINE FOR LESS THAN A YEAR AND HAVE HAD TO CALL A TECHNICIAN OUT SEVERAL TIMES AND NOW THE CIRCUIT BOARD HAS FAILED. WE SENT AN EMAIL TO HOTPOINT MONTHS AGO TO COMPLAIN AND DID'NT EVEN RECEIVE THE COURTESY OF A RESPONSE.
