ive had this just over a year and today we start a second repair course, the first time around 6 months ago it was the bearings and pump, this time its the concrete block, the engineer came out at 8:45am and had a look and the concrete block has come off and is broken into about 6 pieces!! i now have to wait until monday for them to come collect it for repair and yes i will get a loaner but even so waiting til monday with us is not good enough as we are a family of 6 and my washing pile is already mounting up!

Purchased this super silent machine last year. Its not silent by any stretch of ones imagination. Bearings failed after 6 months, replaced machine with the same model, this one now fails to empty as the pump has failed. Hope the replacement three is more reliable!
