This is maybe our 4th washing machine. I was initially impressed with the specs and load quantity, which was good for our family of 5. After spending just over a year now with this machine i must say i have not been impressed with performance. originally fairly silent, it is now a fair bit noisier than it was during spin cycles, and it has been plagued with blockage faults. Have had to stop using Colour Catchers all together as these perpetually get through the drainage system and block the filter giving F5 faults. Even without blockages faults appear, needing restarts. For the diy'er only, or the service men will cost you a fortune.
