worst washing machine I have ever purchased. This washing machine has been rebuilt (comment from the engineer).I am now onto the second drum, had the concrete block replaced after it completely disintegrated,had the motor replaced.I would never purchase a Hoover washing machine and would advise anyone not to purcase a Hoover appliance as this has been a traumatic time trying to get the repairs done is a nightmare it takes two weeks between waiting for the engineer to call & diagnose the problem and then another week to order the part its a disgrace.

well i have had my washing machine 4 2months yes just 2months and it as completly broken down on me, the enginer came out 2 look and said if it was hes machine he wouldnt get it fixed so i called to the store where i bought it and got told 2 go go back on the phone to hooverr, the drum as completly failed and the concrete weight as fell apart i have never been messed about so much in my life, im still sat waiting 4 a phone call 2 days later, each time i ring them they just say someone will be in touch, in the mean time im still sat with a broken washing machine with mountains of mucky clothes, if i could get my money back and pick a diffrent machine i would xx
