Never, never, never again will I buy any product made or conected with Hoover. I bought a washing machine in Jan 09 and used it for six months before screws holding the internal plastic parts of the drum started falling out and the others coming loose. A repair man came out a week after reporting this fault and informed me that he would have to order new parts to fix it. Ok, I appreciate that sometimes things go wrong however three weeks later I am told by Hoover that they have not got the spare parts and that I will have to wait at least another 10 days. I spoke to a supervisor at Hoover customer services UK who said that as I had taken the washing to Germany (British Forces) he was not interested and that I would have to continue to deal with the German customer services. Although I bought the washing machine in the UK and offered to bring it back at my own expence, I was again told that Hoover UK were not interested as I had already informed them that I had ta ken the washing machine out of the UK. Thanks Hoover, I now have a pile of scrap in my kitchen that doesn't work. Maybe I should have stuck with Indesit like my old washing machine which lasted over 13 years without fault. From the experience I recieved from a Hoover employee I would certainly recommend that the company put their staff through some serious Customer Service courses
