This being my second machine from Hoover - the first one - a 1600 digital readout model was given the no go by engineers after changing the inner and outer drums and bearings TWICE and only then was I offered this 1300 spin family model. It is now 18months old and makes such a din on spin that I believe the bearings have also gone on this one! and the programmer turns and turns with a mind of its own. Thinking of buying a Hoover washing machine - Try contacting the Company via the Web - Impossible - would not buy another Hoover model - just as well wash by hand and save some money. These machines are rubbish!
