i have had my washer since feb 2003 and i have had no problems with it at all.

I have had this machine for approximately 1 year and it is now good for nothing. The machine makes so much noise on a spin that mty neighbours complain and it's really rather frightening. The call out charges to repair it are stupid and the work would probably cost almost as much as a new washer. This machine has lasted no where near the expected time and to be in this situation after the warranty has just expired leaves me very angry. I can safely say I have learnt from experience and will never buy another hoover product again. I will also recommend this to anyone I know!
