The worst machine I have ever purchased. Have had it approx 6weeks and it is going back and have said I will not accept another one. Sounds like a Jumbo Jet when spinning so where they get the Super Silent from I don't know. Has already flooded my kitchen where it continued to fill until the drum was three quarters full of water and presumably the door cill was not made for the volume of water and leaked almost the entire contents. It now will only fill and I have to drain out by the hose. I have been told that I will have to wait 10 days for a service call, I don't think so. The control panel is just a shoddy piece of plastic and is now half an inch back from the front of the fascia, which is also a shoddy piece of plastic. A very expensive piece of rubbish I will never buy Hoover again if this is a so called top of the range machine. I can't see any difference in the wash quality so I personally think that the new steam technology is just a marketing ploy and unfortunately I fell for it so don't you be fooled.
