Bought the Candy May 2008. 18 months later and the concrete block has fallen out of the bottom of the machine. I am now about to start the stress of trying to get a replacement machine, wish me luck!

I bought a GO68280 26th August 2009 and have been very unhappy with its erratic spin performance from the start. We have had the engineer out 5 times and he hs made no difference. On the last visit he was shown some clothes tht had just finished spinning and asked if he thought they were well spun! He was non committal. The clothes were not adequately spun for an 800rpm never mind a 1600! Sometimes the clothes are dripping wet and have to be spun 3 or 4 times. It has cost us approx £100 in additional visits to the launderette to dry washing that hadn't spun properly. We asked for a refund after the first 3 visits but customer services keep sending the engineer who tinkers with the machine but makes no difference. The 12 month warrenty is about to run out and so is our patience. This machine is unfit for purpose and we would like our money back. . Phil Morgan 23.8.10
