Our machine is less than a year old and has now broken down for the third time. First time was due to a poor earth contact that hadn't been correctly seen to at the factory. The second time the machine went "superheated" and the whole machine and casing was untouchable with steam coming out of the draw (we thought it was on fire). Now it's packed in again. We'll wait for the engineer again but all he wants is to sell his extended warranty. It does clean clothes though (when it works).
