Until Saturday I would have rated this quite highly, however when doing a 60 degree wash there was a sound of breaking glass, and unlike Hazel O'Connor this is not a sound I love. Shooting through to the kitchen I discovered that the glass bowl on the door had exploded all over the kitchen floor. I am now struggling to replace the glass myself (can't get the part) and if Candy come out they want #85.00 just to come and look. While they admit they have never encountered this problem before as I can't find my receipt,due to moving house, they are loath to tell me if this is a fault they know about. The washer is only 20 months old and with only 2 of us in the house does not get that much use.
