Reviewed by old gimmer on 07/03/2010 do not touch beco equipment it is rubbish and when it goes wrong (which it will and often) the parts take 6 (yes 6 )weeks to get and when they do come beko has got it round its neck. A prime example being the drum bearing set for the wma765s (and others) washing machine the seal is WRONG but they insist it is correct it is the same size as the small outer bearing when it should be the same size as the large inner bearing in other words they dont know and they produce it. That speaks for itself steer well clear of these numptys Rating:
Reviewed by iain mcgregor on 26/03/2008 been waitng for three weeks for a part on a machine which is still under warranty, been given no eta and also no reply to phone calls or emails. Dreadful service - dont buy beko Rating:
Reviewed by Dawn Forsyth on 12/12/2007 My Beko is 17 months today and has died ,Brushes went, and now the Bearings. No help from customer service. Replacing the bearing on this machine is no easy task as the bearings are sealed in the outer drum, which splits in two. It looked a good buy in the shop, when i brought it. But like the repair man said, dont bother to waste your money on this. Out of warranty, out of pocket. With No reply to emails, customer care is not with a smile. Rating:
Reviewed by Tina Hedger on 13/07/2007 After 18 months the bearings went, Beko provided very poor customer support, I could find no self-help on their web site, when I tried to phone the customer services I was kept waiting on the phone for ages then gave up and put the phone down. I emailed and got no reply. So over all it is a cheap machine wich is great when it is working but unfortunaly that may not be very long and the support when it breaks down (which it will) is poor.
