We purchased this item and a tumble dryer as a pair from Currys (online), although the service from Currys was well below par; the washer and dryer are performing wonderfuly,we have no complaints about this item and think its great value for money. Only snags are a little noisy (ours is in the gararge though so that doesn't bother us and that some of the cycles are a little long one takes 2 hrs & 40 mins which is a slightly long time...but otherwise we are delighted with our appliences. On several other sites teh applience has had less than great reviews however we are more than happy. Beko's service is also very quick, the seal on the door became damaged (our fault) and Beko sent a engineer round next day and repaired it £15. PLEASE ONLY USE OUR REVIEW TO HELP WITH CONSIDERATION AS SOME PEOPLE HAVE HAD LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH THIS APPLIENCE
