We actually have the one "up" from this, I believe. The Baumatic 10WD. The pump went very quickly, the company haven't sent an engineer out (he's been booked in twice and they've cancelled both times on the day due to sickness). Unless you enjoy being flooded and then treated with utter disdain by the company that sold you the machine in the first place: DON'T BUY BAUMATIC.
