I bought one of these as part of a new kitchen installation. Only used it a few times so far and all is well. It looks more complicated to use that it actually is and the programme options are useful ie intensive, extra rinse and easy iron, although the intensive button does double the time of some programmes, so only use it for really dirty stuff - it gets grubby white socks really clean. It has a digital display which tells you how long the programme has left to run, what stage it is at and you can ajust the spin speed if you want. The only down side to it is that there is sometimes soap powder left in the drawer so some gets left behind so using liquid is best. When the cycle is finshed you need to move the dial to '0' to switch off the digital display as the dial does not automatically return to the off position. Not a bad machine but I would not recommend their dishwashers.
