Had this machine 2 years - I HATE IT - I didn't think is was possible to get upset by a washing machine but having yet again spent a whole day trying to get it to spin with a towel wash I want to cry, it's been like this since I bought it, engineers said nothing wrong with it "uneven" load, would have gave no stars if possible - DO NOT BUY - even if its on offer at half price - finally had enough and ordered a new machine today !!!

had the engineer out a dozen times in a year. it is the most useless machine i have ever bought. if you put more than 3 shirts in it thinks its overloaded, or the filter is blocked, or there is another of the irritating error codes. and i agree half the time it doesnt spin

Refuses to spin 9 times out of 10. According to Baumatic, because the load is 'uneven', despite many attempts with different sized loads. The worse washing machine ever bought.
