Our washing machine was 12months and 2 weeks old when it wouldnt work, worked fine last time washed, but now the six lamps that show different
washing steps are flashing on and off,We have been without it now over the Christmas period and have managed to get an engineer to come and look at it tomorrow (friday), so have been without it for nearly two weeks, have contacted Customer Care at AEG by e-mail a few times, but yet to have a reply, I contacted AEG in Germany, they did reply but told me to get in contact with UK office, but tried again but no reply, VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE IN UK,
