Picked this machine up brand new, end of line for a bargain - flawless machine - very happy!

Poor design - flimsy programme selection knob broke 2 weeks in. Door difficult to close Unhelpful service from Whirlpool. Defects not corrected on 5 visits of service engineer. I would never purchase this machine again
