Brilliant machine - have had mine since 2001 with no problems. Have now got problem with the motor but am looking to replace with same model if possible?

i had this washer/dryer fitted with Moben kichens in 2001 my washer is now haing problems,water spilling out from the front.Programs stop half way, for 10 years its been used everyday so not bad realy

this machine and moben/kitchens direct are rubbish....cheap appliances.....always breakdown....NO CUSTOMER SERVICE....no phones answered......and expensive but poor kitchen build quality........."AVOID LIKE PLAGUE"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...GO WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK AND BE BALD IN 3 WEEKS.!!!!!!!!!..THIS TKL 9290 HAS BEEN REPLACED AND MANY PARTS CHANGED...ALSO THE TECNIK FRIDGE HAS MANY FAULTS AND THE DISHWASHER HAS HAD MANY REPLACED PARTS TOO...EVEN AFTER 2 WEEKS...CIRCUIT BOARDS ETC...."NEVER GO MOBEN OR KITCKENS DIRECT".....15/3/11.....BUT THESE PROBS HAVE BEEN ON GOING FOR A FEW YEARS....RUDE STAFF TOO....

machine been in house for 4 years. fitted with a moben kitchen. kitchen and washing machine very poor quality for price paid. noisy, and door seal packed up after 2 years, and only used occasionally

We acquired this washer drier as part of a Moben kithen installation.
Performance from day one has been below average and many clothes has had to been thrown in the bin, due to shrinkage and damage. It's noisy, vibrates alot and cannot be recommended at all. Moben stuff is all image and zero quality it seems. For £475 you could buy a much better Bosch, Miele or Siemens.

We also received this washer dryer as a Moben kitchen package. It too lost it's drive belt - after only two years of use. In the process of it coming off it sheared 4 wires, making the repair bill expensive. We have yet to find a repairer that can actually FIND a new belt to fit, and have been advised to find the belt ourselves and get them to come and fit it. What a lot of effort.

The machine came as part of a Moben kitchen package. In the 3 Yrs that I have used the machine I have found the following issues.... 1. When you dry whites you must follow with a white wash or you will get white "fluff" over your colours. 2. @ 3 Yrs the machine has started to make a dreadful noise on fast spin. Yet to be investigated. Overall, I am not impressed by this machine, but due to the need for a washing and drying facility in a kitchen with limited space I had little choice. Would recommend that if you are in the same situation buy the best machine you can afford and check consumer reviews. Personally,I would not recommend this machine.

This machine was part of a package from Moben Kitchens. Moben failed to remove the transit bolts on installation so it was used a few times with considerable vibration. Within 2 years the machine has broken down three times, the belt coming off the drum. I could therefore not recommend anyone buy one.
