This machine was sent to me by Argos although the one i ordered in the cat was different. The first machine lasted 3 hours this was replaced,the second machine popped while using the dryer i replaced the fuse and the machine seemed to have a mind of its own and filled up with water flooding the kitchen,as it was 11 weeks old to the date Argos informed me i had to have the engineer out,when he arrived i told him it was full to the top with water but the bright spark proceeded to open the door and flood the kitchen again. I was told the report would be sent to Argos that night,Argos informed me 3-5days,after 12 days i contacted consumer services they advised i send letter to head office giving 14days otherwise i would pursue for a replacement. I received a letter from Argos who assumed machine had been fixed so i rang then to inform them the engineer had not called and the machine was still broken,they said i could chose an alternative but as the new cats are due out soon the few i did pick were out of stock,they are giving full refund and have arranged to collect the machine.This machine is the biggest heap of rubbish i have ever purchased and the customer service by Argos was deplorable...it has taken 3 weeks 5 days to date but roll on friday i will be glad to see the back of it!

My sister bought this machine.The one delivered did not work at all (faulty main circuit board) and the replacement failed after 10 days.The filter is situated at the front of the machine and seals with a single rubber seal which then leaks.Poor customer service from Servis and Argos just caused more heartache.Very very poor quality AVOID like the plague.
