My landlord purchased this unit for my flat. Apparently they wanted the cheapest unit they could find and this fit the bill. After a couple of months of normal use the unit broke. Water fails to drain from the unit after spin cycle or drying cycle leaving the clothes sitting in a pile of waterServis failed to appear for the first 2 appointments. At the third appointment was informed that a new pump was needed 3 months later no pump so the process starts with Servis again. 2 missed appointments they arrive say the pump needs replacing - Gee this is starting to sound familiar. The pump they had isn't the one for the unit so they need to order a new one. I have no confidence they will actually order and install the new pump. A cheap washer dryer is most likely that price for reason pay a little extra and avoid the headaches.

Although this appliance appears attractive with good specification and keen price it is in reality of poor quality and reliability and the manufacturer's warranty support is very poor with after sales service being sub-contracted.Spares have to be ordered and take a long time to arrive. After 9 months of normal domestic use the machine failed and has so far required a new main circuit board and drive belt; currently the machine is out of action awaiting a pressure sensor and the pump has also become noisy. Don't buy one, it's money wasted.
