I own the WT945 and bought it after believing Miele's advertising slogan, the "ultimate washer dryer", and assuming that a high specification must be built into the enormous price... It recently failed for the second time and I was faced with another bill of close to £500 to repair it. After much grumbling, Miele reduced this to a little over £400 - but I've still spent over £2k on a machine that Miele NOW tell me isn't suitable for family use (quote from the Miele service rep when I queried this - "what do you expect me to do?"). Steer clear and buy a much cheaper model - it simply cannot cost you more in the long run!!! PS - I own a lot of Miele stuff (dishwasher, 2 regular ovens, a steam oven, micro, vacuum, etc) and this product, and Miele's attitude to it, is quite a disappointment.

The machine is overall very good and has a fast spin speed. The wash performance is very good and effective and i like the choices of options you can have. The dryer is very efficient because of the unique sensor on the door but it can take away the view of the cycle but doesnt affect anything. Really pleased with it but the cost is my only trouble but doesn't stop me giving it 5 out of 5!
