Reviewed by JH on 05/05/2008Had one of these for 6 years. Broke down due to wear-and-tear twice. Once the heater element failed - we have very hard water and it had lasted for 3 years by his point. Next time was due to a hair clip getting into the pump (no names no pack drill!) Today it literally blew up. Frankly, given todays level of shoddy workmanship I'd recommend this as a good average machine. NOTE: There are only two adults in the house - so not a family reviewer.
