Reviewed by James Webber on 15/04/2008I have had this model washing machine WD865A for 18 months. It has failed on many occasions F13 fault is common (every 2-3 months ) This machine has seen service engineers 5 times and now it is out of warranty I feel I will have to ditch it. I will not be able to afford the service costs. Very poor Italian engineering! I thought I was buying British quality. DO NOT BUY. It does run quietly though and more so when it develops the repeating F13 fault..... Rating:
