if you want more aggravation in your life, unsympathetic customer services, costly repairs, a rip-off 5 year parts warranty that doesn't actually exist, coupled with a machine life expectancy of a snowball in hell then buy this machine. Otherwise avoid like a plague pit on a hot day. Poorly made with Romanian components, regularly breaks and, once outside warranty period of 12 months, you will have to pay £90 to have your warranty parts fitted (Hotpoint, why not just put a gun to my head and rob me?). I would rather wash by hand than buy another Hotpoint.

i have had this machine for 2 years and the dryer has always been awful and now the pump has gone as well as the 2 dryer elements i have replaced.thank god i can fix my own machine or i would bankrupt.

Had it 15 months and the heater box failed repaired by hotpoint for £90 parts covered by hotpoint for 5 years so this is for callout/labour wouldnt entertain making ANY goodwill gesture, the machine has always left the clothes more creased than other machines i have owned Its really an indesit by the way just badged hotpoint garbage wouldnt buy one again.
