Machine worked reasonably for 14 months but has developed a fault that engineers do not know how to fix involving computer board . Had to give up and buy another brand - cost £400 new plus wasted repairs so not happy

Had this about 4 weeks and it has been in constant use - easy to use and good value. I will repost after a few months with updated status

Don't buy one of these Hoover washer/dryers, I have had two delivered and they have both been faulty. Clearly Hoover dont have any sort of quality control otherwise the two i had been sent wouldn't have made it out of the factory. I'll describe this appliance in two words "UTTER RUBBISH" if i could give it a minus score in the ratings i would have!!!
