Stunning looking machine, and performs very well on standard tasks. However do not attempt to wash bras in this as it will destroy them, despite the machine being marketed as handwash and silk/woolen friendly with delicate cycles. Very disspointed to say the least with Bosch customer services in Milton Keynes as they were ambivalent about this fundamental problem, and refused to entertain that there was a problem.
