Reviewed by Nick Scarrett on 13/02/2007Poor Quality Appliance and Terrible Customer Service. Appliance turned up and lid broken. Had to wait in for Engineer to repair. After 2 months complete Breakdown. Had to wait for engineer again - 6 parts including motor required! Contacted AEG for refund or new applicance they said they would look into it. No reply. Been without washing machine for 2 and 1/2 weeks! Being repaired today (another day off). Poor product, arrogant customer service, even the customer service telephone number on website does not work!
