What a mistake I made buying this! The brushes on the head clogg up very quickly and need cleaning often, without the brush in use pick up is very poor. Worst of all emptying the ********* thing! When you empty the container you are exposed to all the dirt and dust you have just got rid of - give me back my baggy vac!The quick realase may open the dust container but you have to prise out the contents and the hepa filter just hangs on and on to dust etc. Also the plug fitted very poorly into the socket and pulled out very easily. The onboard tools actually slot into brackets on the chrome pole making it bulky and awkward to handle. I just hope I can get a refund!
