very happy with this cleaner i have replaced a dyson DC20 the miele has a solid wood floor brush that is very kind to the floor due to having horse hair not nylon brush on the cleaning head. it also runs a lot better than the Dyson over the floor. its also a lot quieter than any cleaner i have ever had and on the low noise setting you can clean when the kids are watching TV or even when reading. I can't fault this cleaner in any way build quality is top notch you could drive a car over the hose its very over engineered and built to last over 20 years.
