Very poor build quality. When it works it is great but rarely works. Will replace with another brand.

very sophisticated ...very heavy and really troublesome Overheating motor, meaning 5 minutes of carpet cleaning before it cuts out.....then 10 minutes break before it we restart. Far too many features, filters and cut-outs. Just realized that we have wasted over £330....old vacuum cleaner now back in action and getting the job done.
