Very disappointing! Worked ok for the first couple of days then became extremely noisy with loss of suction. Called out Hoover engineer who replaced the motor so that it was quieter again but soon realised that the
suction was nowhere near what it should have been. Called out another engineer who stripped it down and it worked fine for about a day and then....you guessed it..it was back to its near to useless self. My advice
buy a Henry.

I can describe this vacuum cleaner in one word *RUBBISH*.

Bought this tool 4 weeks ago and returned it yesterday- the on/off switch would not work/broke- would DEFINATELY not recommend this to any-one
