Rating:   Reviewed by Deb on 15/07/2007 We had the same experience. No suction and blocked filter. Also the tools fall off the back as it is used. Fortunately we gave up on it very quickly, took it back to the shop within 28 days (after ringing Hoover) and got a refund. Do the same!! Rating: Reviewed by Jo on 11/06/2007 Don't buy this hoover! its has no suction and creates a funny smell when hoovering. it often spurts out a trail of dirt for some reason. i am continuously cleaning the filters and it still doesn't really improve the picking up of bits. i can't wait to get a new vacuum and it won't be a Hoover! Rating: Reviewed by Lee on 15/03/2007 This Hoover has 5 filters on it due to it being bagless. Instructions advise they are to be cleaned every 5 hoovering sessions, this is not the case. Should say every 5 minutes. They block constantly and need to be unblocked in every room otherwise hoover will not pick up. Also gets very very hot and is the worst hoover I've ever used. Found it very frustrating, so sent it back to manufacturer. I have read other reviews of it only lasting a few months due to overheating and cutting out every 30 minutes. Better of with a carpet sweeper. Rating:
