If you want to spend £90 on a vacuum cleaner that doesn’t work – this is the one for you. I recently purchased this vacuum and it is without doubt the worst purchase I have ever made. Yes, it looks lovely but it simply does not work. Anything other than dust or fluff is thrown out of the back of the vacuum all over the room as the vacuum refuses to pick it up. It leaves a dusty residue all over my hard floors and the filter needs cleaning every other time it is used. Electrolux customer services are appalling. I tried for over a week to talk to somebody on the helpline but kept getting a recorded message telling me their lines were busy – probably other people complaining about this rubbish product. I have sent two letters and an email and they haven’t even had the courtesy to reply. My advice is “don’t touch this product with a barge pole”.
