Just bought the DC19 last weekend to replace our ten year old DC05 which suddenly died for no reason. The DC19 is a bit bigger than the DC05 was, but still really easy to carry around. The suction on it is great, too, and the tools fit neatly onto the main body of the vacuum cleaner instead of hanging off the flexible hose and getting in the way like they used to. Hopefully this will last another ten years like the last one did.

I have the dyson for a year now and am very very satisfied with it picks up everything and always amazes me how much dust it picks up from my wooden floor and I use it every other day. It's compact and easy to carry around I bought at first because it had no bag and that I like. I absolutely recommend this vacuum cleaner.

parhaps maybe a outstanding score of 5 - but then again, there's always room for improvement. Having just purchase this model to replace my 7 yr old dead dc05... all I can say, its a great improvment. I was amazed at the amount of dust collected on first use compared to our old model. It sucks, and does what it says on the box. Comes with 5 yr labour and parts too that's a bonus. Recommended for £106.99 - what I paid for it (with comets offers)
