Reviewed by Maitland Kelly on 11/10/2010 Bought my Dyson nearly three years ago with a 5 year guarantee. Excellent hoover but with a couple of issues. Power lead has frayed twice and telescopic tubing has split. Small plate at bottom of hoover has broken as well. Customer services from Dyson have been outstanding. Answer to email within 24 hours, parts delievered within 48 hours or engineer out to house with no cost due to guarantee. When this guarantee is over I will be buying another Dyson. Five year guarantee gives you piece of mind and company customer services are next to none. A refreshing change compared to many others. Rating:
