Reviewed by karen on 15/06/2009 I have owned this item for about 6 years it still brings the carpets up like new. Long hose for stairs is great easy to empty. We have owned dogs and cats and its never been blocked only downside its a little on the heavy side have bought many upright cleaners over the years but this is definately the best Rating:
Reviewed by Mark & Sue on 22/06/2008 We have owned a DC 07 for several years and find that we constantly need to fiddle with it because it does not pick up dust & dirt on wooden floors and carpet properly. The hose provides loads of suck but in normal use the suck appears to leak from the various joints. Overall we are disappointed and would not recommend it Rating:

The downside is it's heavy to manoevre and my elderly mother refuses to use it. personally that's a small price to pay for it's fantastic cleaning power.Because of this I am considering a cylinder model for stairs.
