I bought it about one year ago. Seemed good choice for the brand (my experiece with Bosch had been good), the weight, convenient design and easiness to use, but turned out extremely poor: it looses vacuum every five minutes of use, requires filter cleaning also every five minutes. Don't take it even if given away.

Its that bad i dont know where to start. Well lets try the very poor quality which feels that tacky its unreal. The hover is horible to clean,and looses vacuum about every one minute. Yes this hover is that bad i chucked it out of the door. please avoid at all costs.

After extensive searching I bought my first BX3 in October 2006. Yesterday i returned my 'fourth' model and have decided enough is enough and asked for a refund! The hoover is great at cleaning one room after which the suction is all but none existent. I am tired of washing the filter after every use and then leaving it to dry before I can resume cleaning. After borrowing my mum's Dyson I realised how inefficient it had actually been!
