I bought this vacuum cleaner after falling to the bagless bug when I bought a hoover and vax, both of which I returned due to one overheating and the other because a flap kept falling of the turbo tool. After much research on the internet, I found that this model had been recommended by 'Good Housekeeping' so I bought it from onecentre.co.uk for approx £94 (free delivery, and arrived after 3 days). The time I spent on vacuuming has been cut by 75%, the suction is good, but the actual floor tool is of exceptional quality as it picks up fluff, hair and grass of thick pile carpet in one or two swipes. I don't use the turbo tool much as the normal floor tool works. The hoover and vax company normal floor tools were awkward and did not pick up fluff and hair as much and I had to use the turbo tool, on which I had to cut the hair out of the roller at the end of each session, empty dust containers and wash filters. This took too much time. I now whizz around, get the vacuuming out the way and do not have to empty or wash containers. The vacuum is also less noisy, less bulky and less heavy. If you register the vacuum onto Bosch's website, you also get two years manufacturers guarantee. By the way the hoover vacuum cleaner was returned in one week, and the vax lasted less than a month, I have had the Bosch for one month, no problems so far.
