Reviewed by Mike on 25/06/2007These things are junk. Cheaply made, which means they are noisy and unreliable. Even the engineer who came to fix them said they were rubbish. We had 4 of them (some were faulty when they arrived, others lasted a week or two before going faulty. Each time an engineer came out and confirmed that the unit was faulty - it wasn't just us being fussy. In the end we gave up and got our money back. Hotpoint and Creda are pretty much THE SAME UNIT with a different name on it. We're shopping for a Miele now, after months of messing about we're fed up... Rating:
