OK product. Simple to use. Drys clothes ok. Not the best, not the worst. Good for limited space aperture. Problems have been limited. Door catch broke (door still opens fine) so didnt replace the door (£70 plus fitting !). Overall experience just not as good as my old Hoover tumble dryer which had 'hard labour' and lasted at least fifteen years. This one now making 'expensive repair noises'.

This product is just outside its warrenty period. It is extremely noisey, it overheats and the venting system alows fluff to block the outlet, even with daily clearing. I am most dissatisfied and would no buy another Hotpoint product.
