Reviewed by Cathy Hughes on 23/12/2007DO NOT BUY this machine! We have had it nearly 12 months and it still isn't working. We're not sure if it is the machine itself or how it has been 'repaired'. Comet have not been the most helpful repair team. The engineer has been out 4 times and will be out again this week. We have had the pump compartment fill with water and trip the house electrics twice, it has had a new pump, an F1 fault and the water full indicator light not work. having had that repaired, it will cut out at a moments notice thinking the water compartment is full when it isn't. It's just not funny anymore - all we wanted was dry clothes..... Rating:   Reviewed by Margaret Kitchen on 25/09/2007 I am most disappointed in this machine. I have hardly used it since we purchased it and it has broken down three times! Each time we have called out the engineer and they now want a £90 call out fee as the warranty has run out. When we asked if they had problems with it technically we have had appalling responses from customer services. I do hope other people do not pay for a machine like this. I am completely dismayed at the lack of any sensible feedback or help and will never buy another product from this company. Rating:
