I have the same model as you guys ! Machine is now 13 Month old, on its 4th Month engineer had to be called out as it was not starting & kept
tripping the fuse even after reset !! Anyway he informed me that the waste
thin pipe was to long to waste outlet this was cut & another route made.
machine was okay up until yesterday when we noticed mildew at the back
of the machine , & on further Inspection the arse of the machine was soaking
along with knackered lino + floor boards.
The filter type element [Pull out tray with condenser is emptied of fluff etc reguarly & cleaned ,but apparently the water doesnt go where it is suppose to.
This machine is adisgrace to the Bosch Line up , I thought condeser machine meant a tray that fills of water you have to empty.
Off to purchase a new one soon , god only know's what to buy now .

Dont get caught out by buying this "DONKEY".Bought mine online at Comet 12 months ago,and for the first 6 months worked tidy.Then it started to make strange grinding noises,and stopped releasing water from the condenser.Called out Bosch engineer,and he reported that there was some fluff trapped in the outlet pipe,and it was now okay.Continued to use for a few months,but still noticed strange noises,and very little water was being released from outlet pipe.Then I noticed that the carpet along the sides was pretty wet,and called out engineer again.He opened machine and found some of the casing inside snapped,fan had stopped working,and various rust everywhere.He told me I would need seven new parts from Germany,because they were not in stock.I was not happy with this,and got onto customer liason,who said they would not exchange hine.Another 6 weeks passes,after one cancellation from Bosch,and then the Engineer came again with the parts.By this time,I had had the carpet up and 6ft square of the carpet was water stained with rust,and the undelay was saturated and turning mildewy,and carpet grippers rotting and rusty. Anyway,parts were fixed in,and it was time for a test run.Full load of damp clothes were put inside and switched on.What a racket sued!!.Vibrating and grinding noises,and the engineers sad face.....but to give him credit,he was good.To cut things short,I told him I werent happy with the machine,and had him write out a statement with regards to the carpet damage,and i wouldnt be signing any repair papers.He got on the phone to his boss,and after half hour or so told me Bosch are replacing the machine with a New Model.I have also sent Bosch 2 estimates for carpet replacement. I hope that this machine was just the Runt of the litter,because I have other Bosch appliances,and have no problems whatsoever.I can only rate this machine POOR.

Dont know if mine is a Runt,but I have had it repaired once already,and am now on the 2nd callout.I have only had this machine 11 months,and now it has completely broke down,with water leaking all over the carpet.An engineer called 2 days ago,and said he has to send for 5.....yes,five spare parts,including the pump,fan and seals.I am now in the process of dealing with Head Office,demanding a replacement.I shall post the Outcome here.
