Reviewed by jb on 04/01/2011I've had mine for almost 5 years now and never had any problems - in fact I've just found out how to clean the glass on the doors by downloading the Neff manual, so I have been very pleased. Rating:  Reviewed by rs on 17/12/2010 Agree with the other review the lamp cover doesn't just unscrew. But of you order a new lap cover (£8) it comes with a plastic tool to unscrew the cover. Our over is tow years old and the side pieces that holds the shelf in place fell out that necessitated s taking the oven out completely. Ridiculous. It works as an oven but no way I'd by another Neff they are a cheaply made make. poorly thought out and put together..rubbish infact. Rating:  Reviewed by Richard Wallner on 06/02/2009 A very good oven, but the lamp cover does not simply unscrew as the hand book claims, so changing the bulb is a nightmare. Paying £70 for a Neff engineer to come out and somehow do this is a subscription to a rather expensive club, which comes on top of the original cost of the oven. I therefore would not recommend buying this oven for this reason. Rating:
