Reviewed by Chris on 28/04/2008The oven is fine, but the bulb is really a problem. I can't even find out what bulb it is, never mind replacing it. And what is a large pair of grips? I was on the phone to Neff when I came across this site and these comments - I've hung up and will go and find a large pair of grips ... watch this space! Despite my efforts I too have not been able to get cover off to replace - Have had it less than 2 years now the overn has stopped working altogether - a lot of money for a top name but not top quality! I too, can't get bulb cover off and am afraid that if I try a pair of grips I might crack/shatter the cover. This is an common problem for this oven. Don't manufacturers like neff test their ovens before releasing them for sale? Rang Neff for help, and was disgusted with their negative attitude. I eventually got the case off by using a large pair of grips, this could have been useful help given by neff.
