If and when you buy this oven, insist that the supplier throws in a Baby Boa Strap Wrench for free, because when the interior light blows, you'll almost certainly need one to remove the glass cover. This is a known problem with both this and the Nostalgia version and there are very many angry and frustrated customers out there, some of whom have had to pay call-out fees to have a Neff engineer come and replace the bulb. Nice oven, shame about the light.
